Automated tracking: Internet Protocol (IP) locations, browser distributions, cookie choices, time benchmarks, and custom Consent Mode choices via browsers.
We work in conformity with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) of Kenya and aligned data protection standards. Our processing grounds include:

This portal utilizes advanced Google Consent Mode state logic. Analytics trackers and ad trackers remain completely denied by default. They are only initialized once a user interacts with the Cookie Banner and permits those classifications explicitly. Consent triggers are safely deposited inside the local storage file.
Valeron never markets, lease-out, or hands personal databases over to corporate agencies. Information only handles through trusted compliance system operators, securely hosted database servers, and legal offices of the Nairobi jurisdiction on appropriate compliance warrants.
Under Kenyan Data Protection frameworks and international standards, you hold specific privileges over your datasets. You can query, review, restrict processing, or request removal of these contents at any moment. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
